well i fell off the podium on wednesday and bruises on my leg still not healing. i think some part actually became worse. my right knee had a bruise earlier, but now the pain is not only on the outside, it's like hurting inside too. even when i walk i feel my knee cap is hurting quite a lot. sighs.

my left arm too the bruises area near my wrist is kinda like swelling up and super pain too. i think if it goes on i really need to see "tie da" already.
